Terms of Service

The terms for using akasammythepuppy.me, the personal creator website of Sammy The Femboy Puppy (AKASammyThePuppy).

Effective October 26, 2026.

Using the site

By using akasammythepuppy.me you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site presents Sammy’s creator work, streams, community and projects. It has no visitor accounts and offers no paid services.

Content and ownership

Sammy’s writing, artwork, avatars, photos, videos and branding on this site belong to Sammy The Femboy Puppy or to the artists and creators credited alongside them. You are welcome to link to any page and share it with credit.

Media offered for press use comes with the conditions in the press page’s media usage section. Any other reuse, including commercial use, merchandise, alterations or anything that implies an endorsement, needs Sammy’s permission first. Where a page or file states its own license, that license applies.

Third-party platforms

The site shows and links to content from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Bluesky, Discord, X and GitHub. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to each platform’s own terms:

By viewing YouTube content on this site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The site reads Sammy’s own accounts through each platform’s official API, under that platform’s developer terms. It does not sign visitors in to any platform or access visitors’ accounts.

Mello Zone

Mello Zone, the community Sammy founded, keeps its own membership rules, standards and safety policies on mellozone.site.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses or get around its security. Report security issues through the contact in security.txt.
Do not try to access the owner-only admin area.
Automated access must follow robots.txt and must not overload the site.
Do not impersonate Sammy or suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Accuracy of figures and schedules

Platform figures on the media kit and elsewhere are dated snapshots read from each platform’s API. They can be delayed, partial or unavailable, and each one shows when it was checked. Schedules and live status can change without notice.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sammy is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, their effective date is updated and the change is recorded in the changelog.
