Privacy Policy

Summary

• akasammythepuppy.me is the personal creator website of Sammy The Femboy Puppy (AKASammyThePuppy). It has no visitor accounts, sign-ups, comments or contact forms, and it does not ask you for personal information.
• Optional analytics from Meta and Microsoft load only after you interact with a page, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
• The social accounts connected to this site are Sammy’s own. The site shows Sammy’s public posts and account totals. It does not access anyone else’s account or private information.
• Personal information is not sold or rented to anyone.

Visiting the site

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes the technical details every web request carries: your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the page you asked for and the page that linked to it. A sample of these requests is logged for troubleshooting and kept under Cloudflare’s standard retention.

Analytics and measurement

Two services help Sammy understand how the site is used:

• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API record page views and content views. They receive your IP address, browser user agent, the page address and referrer, Meta’s browser cookies (_fbp and _fbc) and any Facebook click identifier in the link you followed.
• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and other interactions, and may set its own cookies.

Neither loads until your first click, key press or tap on a page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, neither loads at all, and the site’s server refuses to forward any event to Meta.

Embedded and live content

• The Google Calendar on the schedule page and the Discord widget on the community page load only when you choose to open them. Once opened, Google or Discord receive your request under their own privacy policies.
• The home page shows Sammy’s live Discord status through the Lanyard service. Your browser connects to api.lanyard.rest and loads Sammy’s avatar from Discord’s image servers.
• The home page also reads the Mello Zone Discord server’s public widget from discord.com to show how many members are online.

Those services receive the standard details of each request, such as your IP address and browser user agent, and nothing else from this site.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. Meta and Microsoft may set their own cookies when their analytics load, as described above. The owner-only admin area uses cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in.

Connected platforms

To keep its creator pages current, the site connects to Sammy’s own accounts through each platform’s official API, with Sammy’s authorization. These connections are not used to sign visitors in, and they never request access to anyone else’s account. The information is used only to display Sammy’s public content and dated account totals on the home, work and media kit pages. It is not sold, not used to target advertising and not combined with visitor analytics.

TikTok

Through Login Kit and the Display API, with the user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats and video.list scopes: the account’s identifier and username, used to confirm the connected account is @akasammythepuppy; the follower, following, like and public video totals; and recent public videos with their description, cover image, link and view, like and comment counts.

Instagram

Through the Instagram API with Instagram Login, with the instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_insights permissions: the account’s username and follower, following and post counts; recent public posts with their caption, image, link and like and comment counts; and audience demographics by age range, gender and country, shown only as aggregate percentages. No information about individual followers is collected.

YouTube

Through YouTube API Services and the channel’s public video feed: subscriber, video and view totals, and recent public videos. YouTube statistics are short-lived and are kept for no more than 30 days. This site uses YouTube API Services: see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Any access granted to the site can be revoked from Google’s security settings.

Twitch

Through the Twitch API: whether Sammy is live, with the stream’s title, category, start time and preview image; the current viewer count; and the channel’s follower total, read with Sammy’s authorization (moderator:read:followers).

Kick

Through the Kick API: live viewer counts for Sammy’s channel, with Sammy’s authorization (user:read and channel:read) where connected.

Discord

Sammy’s own presence (online status, current activity and music) through Lanyard, and the Mello Zone server’s public online count through Discord’s widget.

Bluesky, GitHub and X

Public profile totals and recent public posts through each platform’s public API. X is read only when its paid API access is enabled.

Mello Zone

Recent public articles from the blog feed at mellozone.site, a separate website with its own policies.

Security

Platform authorizations are stored encrypted with AES-GCM in Cloudflare’s key-value storage, or as encrypted secrets and an encrypted state file in the site’s private source repository. Long-lived refresh credentials never leave the server, and the admin area that manages connections is restricted to the site owner’s GitHub account.

Retention

• Public platform snapshots are replaced at each refresh, which happens from every few minutes to every few hours, and their cached preview images are replaced with them.
• Dated aggregate totals used for the media kit’s charts are kept for up to 400 days, and YouTube statistics for up to 30 days.
• Request logs are kept under Cloudflare’s standard retention. Analytics data is kept by Meta and Microsoft under their own policies.
• A stored platform authorization is deleted as soon as that platform is disconnected.

Data deletion

To ask for any information this site holds about you to be deleted, email contact@akasammythepuppy.me with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Visitors

The site keeps very little about visitors, and its request logs expire on their own. Information collected by Meta or Microsoft can also be managed under the Meta Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Connected platform accounts

Disconnecting a platform in the site’s admin area deletes its stored authorization immediately. Access can also be revoked at any time from each platform’s connected apps or app permissions settings. Public content already shown on the site is removed at the next refresh, or straight away on request.

People shown in Sammy’s posts

If a cached copy of one of Sammy’s posts shows you and you want it removed from this site, email the address above and it will be taken down.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser to stop all analytics on this site.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact address below.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, its effective date is updated and the change is recorded in the changelog. The Terms of Service cover the rest of your use of the site.
